Hyundai Capital Skywalkers Volleyball Club is taking the lead in creating the culture of volleyball that enhances fan engagement.

Hyundai Capital Skywalkers Volleyball Club whose predecessor is Hyundai Motor Service Volleyball Club founded in 1983 changed its name to Cheonan Hyundai Capital Skywalkers Volleyball Club as the South Korean Volleyball League turned professional in February 2005.

With impressive records of winning 42 times since its foundation in 1983, Hyundai Capital Skywalkers Volleyball Club is part of living history of ‘V-League’, professional volleyball league in South Korea. Since 2005 when Hyundai Capital Skywalkers Volleyball Club was founded, the players have demonstrated a top class performance including being the first V-League team to win both a regular season and championship and the first to achieve 18 straight wins in V-League.

Hyundai Capital Skywalkers are offering a variety of opportunities to improve fan experience and stepping up their sports marketing to make Cheonan, the city the team is based in, ‘a volleyball city’. The team continues to make efforts to create stronger bonds with the community by being the first V-League team to build its clubhouse called ‘Castle of Skywalkers’ in Cheonan which helps the players benefit from more structured training and enhances fan engagement and also to evolve into a more fan friendly club.

Hyundai Capital Skywalkers Volleyball Club demonstrating the best performance supported by structured training programs and enthusiastic fans will do its best to win and evolve both inside and outside the volleyball court as one of the best the V-League teams.
